Secret Character: Unless you have read a guide or gone to Lumina's mansion at 10 PM by any chance that triggers a cutscene which makes Skye into an eligible bachelor, you wouldn't have known that Skye even existed in the game.Of course, he never goes too far with it, only using it to hinder people while he makes his escape. Power Perversion Potential: He uses a technique called the "Chick Beam" to temporarily paralyze anyone in their tracks, rendering them helpless.Possibly justified in that he's usually out late at night.
